Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Your privacy is a first-class concern of this project. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.
Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the site and respond to inquiries:
- Contact form data — the email address and details you voluntarily submit when requesting a private introduction.
- Newsletter email — if you subscribe to The Briefing.
- Basic analytics — aggregated, non-identifying traffic metrics (page views, referrers) used to improve the site.
What We Never Collect
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
- We do not maintain shared lead lists.
- We do not run cross-site tracking pixels or ad-network cookies.
How We Use Your Information
Contact submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to route you to a vetted specialist you have explicitly requested. Newsletter emails are used to deliver The Briefing and nothing else.
Third-Party Introductions
When you request an introduction to a specialist, we share only the information you provide, with your consent, and only with the specialist you have asked to be introduced to. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Data Retention
Contact submissions are retained only as long as needed to complete the conversation and any resulting introduction. You may request deletion at any time by writing to privacy@sovereignindividual.io.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address above.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
